Competitive base salary uncapped commission Work with leading brands and high-profile campaigns Exposure to major events, activations and experiential projects The Role As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with creative and project delivery teams to develop tailored solutions that help brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. Key Responsibilities Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across brands, agencies and corporate clients Build strong relationships with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Heads of Marketing and key decision-makers Lead client meetings, pitches and presentations Develop compelling proposals and commercial solutions Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and onboarding Attend networking events, industry functions and client meetings Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM records Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and repeat business Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes About You Proven success in business development, sales or client growth roles Experience within marketing, events, experiential, sponsorship, media, creative agency or brand activation environments Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven mindset The ability to build lasting relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients Existing networks across marketing and brand stakeholders will be highly regarded To Apply: Please call Ainslee Cardillo on 0435 399 309 for more information or email your CV to acardillo@goughrecruitment.com.au .
